Oak 30.XTRA
The premier space-saving design of the OAK 30.XTRA model makes it the ideal staircase to use in replacement of the traditional pull-down attic stairs when converting an attic into a loft, or bedroom. The horizontal baluster and railing is visually unique when compared to the traditional vertical baluster design of most stairs. The staircase can be easily installed by the homeowner in a single day using common household tools.
It is available in 2 colors; hi-gloss black and white powder-coat finish painted, ready for interior installation.
The standard OAK 30.XTRA staircase kit adjustable in height from a minimum range of 83-7/16” to 101-1/4” (10 treads), 90-15/16” to 110-1/4” (11 treads). With the purchase of additional risers the height is adjustable from 98-7/16” to 119-11/16” (12 treads) and 105-7/8” to a maximum of 128-3/4” (13 treads).
Installation in a straight line can be completed in as narrow an opening of 25-3/16” by 55-1/8” and will fit the width of most pull-down attic stairs.
The OAK 30.XTRA comes with a handrail for one side. A second-side handrail is available as an optional accessory if needed for an installation away from the wall.
The treads are solid OAK, finished with a light natural stain and clear coat protective sealer.
The riser height is adjustable from 7-15/32” to 9-1/4” depending on your total finished floor-to-floor measurement.
This kit can be installed straight as well as curved, clockwise and counterclockwise.
Balcony rail kits are available in matching color and horizontal baluster and railing design.
The handrail is manufactured from an aluminum core surrounded by a soft PVC cover to accommodate a straight as well as a curved installation.
SAFETY BARS are available in a pack of 20 to close off the back of the treads for additional safety.
Each OAK 30.XTRA is shipped complete with detailed printed instructions.
The stair has a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
