Nice 2
The Nice2 is an adjustable, economically priced space-saving staircase kit with and “alternating tread” design for maximum space utilization, without compromising functionality.
The space-saving design of the NICE2 model makes it the ideal staircase to use in replacement of the traditional pull-down attic stairs when converting an attic into a loft, office, or bedroom.
It is available in 3 colors hi-gloss black or white and satin grey powder-coated – ready to install.
The standard NICE2 staircase kit has a height range adjustable from 90 15/16 in. to 116 15/16 in.
Additional components are not available for this model.
The NICE2 comes with a handrail for one side.
The NICE2 stair treads are manufactured from multi-layered birch plywood with a polyurethane protective coating. An alternating tread design (right-step/left-step) allows for installation in very limited spaces.
This kit can be installed in 4 different configurations. The straight installation can be done in as small a finished opening size as 25“ wide x 56“ long.
SAFETY BARS are available in a set of 20 to close off the back of the treads.
Each NICE2 staircase kit is shipped complete with detailed assembly instructions and a DVD to assist in your installation.
The stair has a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
