The Nice1 is an adjustable economically priced spiral staircase kit that features 12 stair treads and a landing that complements and adds style to any interior living space.

The NICE1 model is available in 2 diameters – 51 3/16 and 63 inches.

It is available in 3 colors – hi-gloss black, white and satin grey-powder coat finish painted-ready to install – clockwise as well as counter-clockwise.

The standard NICE1 51 3/16” diameter staircase kit is adjustable in height from a range of 102 3/4” to 120 1/2” and the 63” diameter staircase kit can be adjusted between 107 ½” to 119 5/16”. The standard spiral staircase kit is characterized by a landing that needs to be cut to the correct size for your installation. This can be installed into a mezzanine, round or square opening. Additional components are not available for this model.

The standard kit with 13 treads, including a universal landing, installs with a 360° turn.

The NICE1 stair treads are manufactured from Birch Plywood finished with a light natural stain and clear coat protective sealer.

To allow for proper installation and full clearance, the finished (round, square or mezzanine) opening for the installation of the spiral staircase of your diameter choice MUST be at least 2 INCHES GREATER than the diameter of the staircase kit.

The 63” spiral stair has been designed to meet IRC requirements.

Each NICE1 staircase kit is shipped complete with detailed assembly instructions to assist in your installation. The stair has a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
